This product is an additive Perma Patch which is intended for manufacturing cold mix asphalt. The cold mix asphalt (also known as cold patch or repair asphalt) is an all – year – round product and its main applications include maintenance and pothole repairs of roads, bridges and airports, repairs after utility cuts, insulation layers under oil reservoirs. It consists of aggregates mixed with bitumen + diesel + an additive. Exactly the additive, in our case that is Perma Patch is the key element that provides adhesion, properties and the quality of the final products.
