Mono Ethylene Glycol (MEG)
Mono Ethylene Glycol (MEG) is the most widely used chemical from the Glycol family. It is an essential raw material for Polyester fibers and Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) polymer.
Oxidised Bitumen is available in low, medium and high softening point with different penetration and hardness. There are three most popular Grades i.e. 85/25, 90/15 & 115/15.
Paraffin wax, colourless or white, somewhat translucent, hard wax consisting of a mixture of solid straight-chain hydrocarbons ranging in melting point from about 48° to 66° C (120° to 150° F). Paraffin Wax is produced only from refineries, which have wax production units.
It is the bye-product produced during the process of HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) and after refining it is used in food items. We directly source it from HDPE Producers of Iran.
Di-Ethylene Glycol (DEG)
Diethylene glycol (DEG) is an odorless, colorless, clear and viscose liquid with a sweet taste, which is produced from the reaction between water and ethylene oxide. In fact, it is the co-product of ethylene glycol alongside with triethylene glycol (TEG). It is miscible with water, alcohols, acetone, ether and has the chemical formula of C4H10O3.
In terms of chemicals properties, diethylene glycol is similar to MEG (mono ethylene glycol), but it has a higher specific gravity, viscosity and boiling point.
Tri-Ethylene Glycol (TEG)
Triethylene Glycol (TEG) is a viscose, odorless and colorless chemical liquid with chemical formula C6H14O4.
TEG is produced as a co-product from the reaction between ethylene oxide and water. It is miscible with water and soluble in ethanol, acetone, acetic acid, glycerine, pyridine and aldehydes. It is slightly soluble in diethyl ether, and insoluble in oil, fat and most hydrocarbons.
